Returns & Exchanges

We are committed to your complete satisfaction. But we do not accept return and all items on sales are final. The major reason for this, is because our make to order products, clients tend to chose their preferred length and color which is made specifically for the client. However, this can happen if any of the following listed below applies.

1. If any item is defective, please contact us for the return address, return is accepted within 3 days after the buyer receives their order

2. If it is quality problem or we ship wrong type of hair, we will pay the return shipping fee but please choose the same shipping company we used to send your order.

3. After receiving the returned goods, we will made a replacement depends on our available stock, if not available, a refund will be issued.

5. If item is damaged by buyer, we will not accept any exchange or refund.

All hair is thoroughly inspected before shipping, and double checked before sent to you in order to ensure consistency and quality.


We do not accept exchanges unless we send wrong order. It must be in the original state when received. Please contact us with your Order ID and one of our team members will help you.

Order Cancellation

If you want to cancel your order, please email us or call 4437123514 within 24 hrs of placing your order because our Ready to Ship orders usually ship the same day or the following day. Cancellation of an order must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.
